Stock Rebuild: Berkeley, Dominator, American Turbine, Aggressor, Legend.

• Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts
• R&R parts (Install shouldered wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals).
• Check Shaft for runout.
• Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap. shaft, impeller).
• Replace impeller Lock Nut.
• Paint Pump (If Requested).

• Lube and precision assemble.

Stage 1 Blueprint: Berkeley, Dominator, American Turbine, Aggressor, Legend.

• Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts
• R&R parts (Install shouldered wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals).
• Check Shaft for runout.
• Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap. shaft, impeller).
• Remove Slag and Clean up Rough edges.
• Modify impeller for less cavitation and more flow.
• Balance impeller.
• Replace impeller Lock Nut.
• Paint Pump (If Requested).
• Lube and precision assemble.
• Speed Coat inside pump.

Stage 2 Blueprint: Berkeley, Dominator, American Turbine, Aggressor, Legend.

• Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts
• R&R parts (Install shouldered wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals).
• Check Shaft for runout.
• Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap. shaft, impeller).
• Replace impeller Lock Nut.
• Paint Pump (If Requested).
• Lube and precision assemble.
• Speed Coat inside pump.
  PLUS
• Add stuffer to bowl to improve water flow off impeller into bowl.
• Add Flow cone.

include stuffer and flow cone. Minus impeller
include all the above Plus an aluminum impeller
include all the above pump work with the addition of a Stainless steel impeller upgrade. A great start for the performance minded racer or hot rodder making around 500 to 600 H.P

Stage 3 Blueprint: Berkeley, Dominator, American Turbine, Aggressor, Legend.

• Disassemble, clean, inspect all parts
• R&R parts (Install shouldered wear ring, bearings, bushings, seals).
• Check Shaft for runout.
• Machine parts as necessary for proper fit and clearance (bearing cap. shaft, impeller).
• Replace impeller Lock Nut.
• Paint Pump (If Requested).
• Lube and precision assemble.
• Speed Coat inside pump.
• Add stuffer to bowl to improve water flow off impeller into bowl.
• Add Flow cone.
  PLUS
• Modify bowl inlet vanes for smooth flow.
• Modify bowl outlet vanes for less turbulence and straighter exit flow.

Other options available:
include all the above Plus an aluminum ARS Precision tuned impeller.
include all the above pump work with the addition of an ARS Precision tuned Stainless steel impeller upgrade. The ultimate for the performance minded racer/or hot rodder making in excess of 500 H.P. or more
